How do I get rid of a pop up I keep getting from Movie Pass TV. It says my free trial is up n I have to pay..?

I have pop up blocker up. It keeps popping up n theres no way of getting rid of it as far as I know until its been on the screen for a few minutes its really really annoying me now...

go into control panel.. add remove programmes. and remove it there... or... do a desktop search.. "movie pass tv" and delete any files you find.
aslo, look in hdd/programme files, and delete it there.....
