stress causes alot of problems, including abnormal periods.
don't stress out over this, ask your doctor if you're really concerned about this
it could be other, more serious problems
What's going on in your life that's causing so much stress?
I'm sorry

This could definitely be due to stress. You should see a doctor if you are so stressed you are losing your hair and got your period twice in a month. Good luck.

Stress plays total havoc on your body. It is entirely possible for this to happen. One thing that you need to think about too. If you're having severe cramping, you need to go to the doctor. Something more might be going on. This happened to me once and I found out afterwards that I was pregnant and had lost the baby. I just think you should keep that in mind too.

I'm not sure whats going on but that happened to 2 of my friends. One ended up being pregnant and the other had chlamydia. But you should definitely see your doctor. And whatever is going on in your life I hope you can work things out. Good Luck and try to relax.

It could be the stress, or it could be endometriosis. Relax and realize that you are in control. Not in control of everything that happens, but in control of how you handle it. Go to the doctor to rule out anything more serious......and take care of yourself. You have 2 kids, so you are being monitored 24-7. Teach your kids (with your behavior) how take care of themselves and handle things in stride.

well its definitely due to stress...try to take out atleast one hour each day to relax, u could dim the lights, light up scented candles, put some soothing music and slip in a hot bath...this will help u a lot... and about your hair u could ask a professional whether it is due to stress that your hair is falling out... and u could use a hair growth lotion for your hair...
well take care
