at first there are such a large number of ******* typos on your question in makes me favor to set fireplace to the Earths floor. 2d of all, and it truly is a time venerated custom, to seem fairly punk or "goth", it truly is a lengthy forgotten midevil warrior race, only take what you've and fk it up. Make what you've punk. Its so effortless as that. in case your not content with that then your not likely to locate something fairly low-priced reason people are making a killing off or 15 and 16 12 months old emos, "punks", and "goths" now a days.

JC Penney's is actually getting sort of punk in it's junior's section. I was surprised... my brother and my mom shopped there, and I tagged along because I wanted to go to 579 later, but I was surprised to find my prissy-punk style on the racks. (I'm not goth punk, I'm a prissy sort of punk... the pink punk, I guess)... and they're having a really great sale at the moment. You can also find your punk accessories at The Icing. And the most widely known punk and goth store ever, Hot Topic... It's a buy one get one half off there right now. I was just there yesterday.

Depends on location. If your somewhere in the US, try going to Hot Topic. Some brands you might like are Tripp and Lip Service. If you live somewhere down by New York City, go to Trash and Vaudeville. It's an awesome store that's got wayy lots there, and if you see Jimmy(The stores owner) there, he'll be more than happy to help you find anything you want. But those places are all slightly expencive(all clothes are unless you catch them on sale)
Maybe eBay? =) Good luck!

ive found that if you just type in to your yahoo search bar something like
diy clothing then you will get individual unique stores coming up
Or go to ebay and type in diy then click the clothes heading and up comes lots of items that sellers have made these are garunteed to be unique and cheap they do band vests and tees and they are completely different from things you'd buy in the shop

really depends on your location.
in uk, manchester, Aflecs Palace is the best.
ebay.com is the best place to find bargins.
otherwise buy some cheap clothes and chop them up to make your own style!
ie: cut shapes/tear/rips/holes in jeans and sew different color material underneath. or leave it bare.
