Yes, the Restaurant School in West Philly. But September is restaurant week in Philly and there's literrally hundreds of restaurants participating where you can get a 3, 4 or sometimes 5 course meal for $30! check it out...

Yes...there's one near 23rd & Chestnut I think, and I know that Drexel's culinary arts program opens it's doors as well. They were just remodeled with the old interior from Le Bec Fin as a matter of fact.
