There should be a set of leads off of the fan and probably a spare power cable somewhere in teh PC (I know on mine, there are several spares. If there are, then you can just fit the two connectors together, if not, then you can go to Radio Shack or some place like that and get a 'bridging' connector and put that connector 'in-line' with whatever it's connected to.

The fan needs a P4 Connector to plug into... do not start splicing into wires.

Connect it to the same connection the old one was connected to. It should be near the CPU slot somewhere.
