a few days ago i went to tools, internet options, and then i chose content. on there, u can type in all the websites that u don't want to be viewed and then set a password that u have to type in in order for them to be viewed. So, i set a password that he would NEVER guess and this morning i went to type in the password just to make sure it was enabled and it said i had the wrong password. How can i change it w/o having to kno the new one??

You cant change it without knowing it. IT comes down too two options. Either he figured it out but you seemed certain that he could not have, OR you are typing it in wrong or with the caps lock on or something.....
If you can not unlock it, then download a new browser like fire fox that you can use

Is your caps lock on? If so, turn it off. It is possible that something (or someone) might have changed it.
