How can I make this dress:

be more dressy? The attire for the event call for a Sunday dress. Any ideas will be EXTREMELY helpful!! Also I am wearing white sandal heels with the dress.

you can wear it with some nice highheels (stillettoes) and some nice chunky bracelets and maybe earings. dont do necklaces, the halter already takes care of that area. hair up

Put your hair up, wear some big chandelier earings, add a gauzy shawl.
Nice clutch purse will add to it too.

put a pink or lime cardigan that is slim fitting and dressy...you could make your hairstyle and accesories...dressy...good luck and i hope this helps
