My neighbor actually made me dinner last night, I have school thursday nights. She made her family dinner and included me because I live alone and I'm always busy. On the other hand I am always over there helping her work on things. I talk to my neighbors more than my own boyfriend or family, they have really become part of my family.

I moved in in October last year, didn't meet the neighbors on the one side of me (never met the guy on the other) until May, and they moved out two weeks ago. For the most part, I'm home long enough to shower, change clothes, pack a bag, feed and water the cat and go.

We don't hide inside; we just don't have anything in common with our neighbors. We wave and say hi. On one side we have the party-every-weekend type and on the other side we have the jerky neighbors. Everyone has privacy fences so it's hard to get to know the neighbors. I'm glad you have nice neighbors to visit with!

I'm a good neighbor for the most part. I yell across the yard to mine. Him and his wife are so nice. The lady on the other side of me bearly comes out of her house unless your doing something in the yard and she has to come out just to be nosy. I've lived in my house for about 15years and I swear that woman hasn't aged any more. I mean she looks the same as when I met her 15 years ago and I thought she was old then. Weird huh? Is she going to out live me

Well I am a busy girl but I still chat with my neighbors... like the neighbors on the side of me we are best friends!
There happens to me a new neighbor in my Court but they are nice but never home... and one neighbor is a groucy old man! he is rude, but his wife isn't! and the other neighbors I WANT THEM TO MOVE,, the cops were called on them, they drink and have parties, their kids freak me out! I mean they literally FREAK ME OUT!
but to answer your question, I am a good neighbor!

Most of my neighbors are hispanic or from India, so it's mostly just a greeting when we see each other. Not much in common socially, so that's about it on interaction. I sit on a couple of boards in the community, so I do talk with quite a few people outside my neighborhood.

I would love to be a good neighbor but all or most of the people on my street run & hide if they think you want to say "Hello".
They are scared I guess. You can hardly trust anyone.
But I consider myself a good neighbor if given a chance.

I am a good neighbor, the man who lives on one side of me is a good neighbor, and the other neighbors on the other side are drama people. The rest of the block are good neighbors.

We generally stay inside most of the time. Its too hot here in Texas. I am friendly though when I do come across our neighbors.
