There is a theory that a female orgasm can propel the male sperm through the uterus. So according to Dr. Shettle's theory, if you want a boy you should have an orgasm just before his and if you want a girl, you should withhold your orgasm until after he ejaculates

Yes you can definitely still get pregnant. An orgasm does not decrease chances of pregnancy. Most doctors will tell you this increases your chances. If your husband ejaculates inside you then your chances of pregnancy are very high. An orgasm will moisten the walls of your vagina and some muscles will contract but it will push out all of the sperm. There are millions of sperm per one ejaculation. Also, the majority of the fluid that leaks out of a female after the man ejaculates inside of her is semen. Remember, sperm are swimmers!

Actually, some doctors think that the female orgasm taking place after the male orgasm will increas the chances of impregnation. During the female orgasm the contractions can cause the tip of the cervix to flex and dip down lower into the vagina and give more chances for the sperm to enter.

When you climax it actually helps you get pregnant. There has been studies (and I have actually seen video of it happening) that the cervix actually dips down into the sperm when a woman has an orgasm. The sperm kind of pool at a certain spot in the vagina and the cervix dips into it.

Very cool how mother nature works isn't it?

Your orgasm won't reduce the chance of getting pregnant. In fact, there is speculation that it improves the odds.
