I need at least a 4 bedroom home, in a respectful area that is affordable for me and my children.

Try contacting a local real estate agent. They will know everything there is to know about affordable, respectable options. A really good website to browse local real estate/real estate agents is: http://www.idxbroker.com/news/256_IDX,_Inc._Introduces.php

It's really easy to navigate and is full of info about realtors with links to their personal websites. Most of their websites will have all the available homes/rentals in the area along with community info, so you can do some research before you contact anyone. Hopefully that works for you. Good luck!

I would first suggest getting a real estate agent. I've found they have access to homes not even advertised yet. They'll ask you a bunch of question (if he's any good) and then show you homes that fit the budget and request.

Now I do agree you need to get pre-qualified for a home loan. Don't want to find the perfect house costing $300,000 and can only get a loan for $200,000.

Also do be afraid to get a home with fewer bedrooms. You can always convert a garage or basement in to the coolest rooms. And the kids will love being able to have a room that's been "pimp".

Contact me if you need more help.

Okay....I think it is time to take a break from having kids. Holy crap. I have 3 boys at home and a wife and I am crazy busy. How do you do it.

You would be a prime canadate for Habitat for Humanity. Do an internet search for Habitat for Humanity and look for your local chapter. They will take care of building the house for you, and give you a loan with payments based on your monthly income.

This is by far one of the best organizations in the country helping people obtain homes and financing that wouldn't normally obtain it. The best part is that the homes are very nice 4 to 5 bedroom homes in decent areas. Good luck!

The first thing you need to do, before you waste your time and get your hopes up, is to get prequalified for a home loan. Then you'll know what price range you can afford and how much down-payment you'll need (if any). Once you have a pre-qualification letter from a lender, then shop around for a good realtor who knows the area. I'll be happy to qualify you for a home loan.

Depending on the state you live in, you can find several housing agencies to assist you in your homebuying process. They can help you with everything from completing an application --- to closing. Go to www.fanniemae.com. You may be able to find some companies in your area that offer first-time homebuyers assistance. This includes financial assistance with your down payment and other closing costs. Good luck to you and your family!

you don't need a home, you need two things:

1. a daycare center
2. birth control (any method, just get some ASAP!!!!)

i recommend selling a couple of your kids on ebay. that would help out a bit, i'm sure!
