It is better that both of you go for checkups or family councelling. You may discuss it openly with yr husband to see what has gone wrong. Could it be lack of new positions or are u only adopting the fix one position ???? Try something exciting like having a romantic date again to spur out intercourse excitement. Or wear something sexy to attract him. Or if he is having other problems like financial or job stress or ..... then i suggest you help him up to clear those problem first. It is useless to go thru motions and he has to constantly think of his problems. How can he concentrate..... Or are u two too keen to work for the conceive and ended up overstress yourself in intercourse. Let him rest enough for the grand final performance. Maybe he may ejaculate before having to intercourse... who knows.....

There is still a chance of pregnancy but it will be a little difficult. You are basically saying that your husband masturbates and then ejaculates inside you from that, so he is still ejaculating inside you. Just make sure he is masturbating and then immediately ejaculating inside of you because sperm die when they come in contact with air.
This sounds like a serious problem. You should definitely encourage him to see a doctor.
