I had the same problem earlier this year. Went straight into my bank when I noticed AOL had deducted £15.99 from my account. I was livid. My bank were brilliant and really helpful. They said this happens all the time. Finally after phoning AOL, and as far as I can remember, filling in a form AOL finally got off my case. I spoke to someone in a call centre in India and have to say communication was at best extremely poor. The good news is I haven't been charged £15.99 since. Don't give up

I had nothing but problems AOL and their free disk. I signed up for the free trial, but had DSL with Verizon. One month later I bought a new PC with AOL installed free for 6 months. I activated that AOL and called to cancel the original trial offer and they said it was canceled. After the six month offer ended, I decided against using AOL since Yahoo had the same things I was using for free. Money kept being taken from my account. It was AOL. It took months to get them to stop.

howdy, certain I understand thoroughly as i became once of the unhappy those who stated certain to being a guinea pig for the trial software. It became negative each and every of the topics you defined. I rang Aol & were given someone who did not understand me. After chatting with 3 different people, none of which I understood I lost my mood & demanded my MAC code. i became then put in contact with an Irish bloke who became fab & taken care of my connection out asap, per chance attempt that? wish this facilitates :-)

AOL is one big problem. Try calling them and asking if they took any money out.
