Picture a cold rainy night driving and you come across a bus stop with three people there. One is your best friend from high school you haven't seen for a long time of which you owe a favor and another is a old women who looks like she could die any moment and in need of a doctor and the other is the girl of your dreams, all waiting for a bus. Which one would you give a ride too and why?

Well if the old friend from high school is truly a friend, they would understand why I would want to help the old woman out. The favor can wait, and if I owed them a favor I would hope it would be more than to just give them a ride somewhere. Thats not a favor that's just common courtesy. The same reason I would pick the old woman to help. I would give the girl of my dreams my phone number, and if she had any heart at all, she would be won over by the fact I helped the old woman out.
Not enough people respect elderly people. You are all going to get old one day and by the poor wet shivering woman (or man) at the bus stop. Wouldn't you want the help?

If I had to choose 1,
The old woman.
I already have the girl of my dreams and she would agree with the decision I made.
The friend would also understand and the chances of the favor I owed them trumping a human life is quite slim.
The old woman, no matter how old, is still living and in danger. To me, the choice is obvious though the reasoning is not quite so. I guess I would just consider that the priority. When making a decision you have to quickly weigh all of the options and perform to the best of your ability. My decision-making structure led me to protect the life of the old woman over the general comfort of a couple people who would also agree that the old woman's life was more important.
Of course, I would more likely be able to give a ride to all three, dropping the old woman at the hospital/doctor first. Most likely we would wait for the result unless she asked us to leave.

The old lady is going to die soon anyways, so she is out of the question, and screw the friend, so that leaves the hot girl. She is the one, you need her if you want a succesful and happy life. She is the difference between a long married life and a long boring unsatisfied life. Go for the girl! You need to think about which one will affect you the most. And while the old lady is sad, it is not worth it, and the friend is just a friend, find a new one! The girl of your dreams is the one that could really affect your life!

Easy, give the car to my best friend, he can take the old lady to the hospital and I can stay an catch the bus with the girl of my dreams.
I think you forgot to mention the fact that there is only room for 1 person in the car besides yourself.

Oh yeah , If he is your best friend or was You should be able to trust him to get the poor LOL (oh LITTLE OLD LADY) to the hospital.

if you are in a car i think u can take up to 3 passenger the least. but if u could only take in one i would say hi and exchange number from you best friend from high school and smile at your dream girl and then offer the ride to the old women. cause she might be too weak and yea she might die any moment and you win both heart both your bestfriend and your dream girl.

I'd let my friend drive her to the hospital in my car and stay with the *guy * of my dreams at the bus stop to wait for the bus.

good question. i think i would stop and talk to all of them.. but if the old woman was in need of medical attention, i would offer the ride to her and pick up the others later..
I guess I could have the best friend and hot dream date take a bus to my house with my keys (if it came before my ride) and take the old woman to get help.
Of course, I would then serve up the friends a little "night cap" and make sure they were warm and dry before letting them leave. Hopefully only one would leave though! *smirk*
