Normally, no. You should change into a nice business like outfit. Under these circumstances, I would go into the interview, and right at the start, apologize for wearing scrubs. Tell her you were at work, and didn't have a chance to change. That said, relax, and be yourself at the interview. and..............Good Luck!!

Maybe you should take a change of clothes to work with you. Just in case you find out that it's better to wear street clothes. I would think that a unit secretary would not wear scrubs for that particular job, so you should present yourself accordingly.
My take on this is that you want the interviewer to be impressed with how busy you are.

no...i'd bring some nice clothes with me to work and change just before the interview so you don't have to go all the way home to change...but I wouldn't go in your scrubs

i agree with the majority! if u wont have time to change just make the situation clear to the interviewer since they are the ones that changed the interview time.They should understand!
