I don't know. I'm an NFL fan, and I have about 20 or more Jerseys ( I'm wearing Reggie Bush one right now) and I have never had any trouble with the law. Perhaps if you were an NFL fan, you would be wearing them. How do you feel if I say when I look at what you're avatar is wearing, I think criminal? Not very nice, is it. Now, if you're talking about a Bengals jersey, I might see your point (only NFL fans will know what I'm talking about)

Because that is what the media and tabloids have conditioned you to believe. The large majority of all NFL players (at least 95%) have never been in trouble with the law. And A LOT of NFL players do a lot of things for charities. Example: Every time Emmit Smith scored a touch down, he would keep the ball, sell it, and use the profits for charities.

Actually, you HAVE been conditioned to think that way. You see criminals, criminals wear NFL shirts, you link NFL shirts to crime. It's called operant conditioning (Pavlov's Dog). We all do this.

When I see 4 black kids wearing baggy clothes hogging the sidewalk coming at me, I don't waste time trying to consider the odds and percentages that they may or may not push me out of the way, I duck into a store or cross the street.

it depends on how old the person wearing the jersey is. im 30 years old and went to a nice restaurant last weekend. the guy at the next table was prob. the same age and he was wearing a jersey and i thought the same thing. it was a nice restaurant and children shouldn't even of been wearing jerseys. what a jerk that guy was.

Actually authentic jersey's are okay, its these fake ghetto looking ones you see that give you that impression. Actually I was a police officer for 15yrs and in the 90's we keyed on the big NFL jackets. Lots gang members and punks wore them.

When you see someone wearing a suit, do you think criminal?
What about all the crooked politicians and businessmen?
Your thought processes are whack just like you.
