If that is an Intel board, then MAYBE. It would be somewhat slow. If you want Windows XP, then you should expand the RAM to 512MB. Visit http://www.coastmemory.com

Here is the System Specs
Type of system: Motherboards
Bus Architecture: PCI/AGP
CPU Type: Intel Pentium III or Intel Celeron
Comments: 66MHz/100MHz/133MHz FSB, Intel 815E Chipset, ATX Form Factor
System Memory
Standard Memory: 0 MB (removable)
Maximum Memory: 512 MB
Maximum Expansion: 3 sockets
Comments: PC100/PC133 SDRAM DIMMs

Make sure that you match up your processors and memory chips.

Then, your video card will only support certain games. Remember, this is an old board, and it can't get any faster.

Rather than spend $200 on this OLD RIG, you should save that money and consider a NEW RIG. Even a cheap computer tower only at Wal-Mart for $450 would be a vast improvement.

It's compatible with XP but you won't be able to play any modern game on it. I would even say Doom 3 is a stretch and it's three or so years old.

Yes, it will support XP...you won't be able to run some of the newer games though.
