I had LJ and C. Benson from last years keepers. This years draft landed me R. Bush, Frank Gore, M. Anderson......I picked up M. Bell (Denver) last week when he was handed the top spot there. This is a 14 team keeper league and I am thinking that I may have the best 6 RB's on any 1 team. Our league starts:

1 QB....Brees (D. Carr)
2 RB's......Bush, LJ (Benson, Gore, Anderson, Bell)
2 WR's.......Galloway, Branch (Wilford, Mi. Clayton)
1 TE......LJ Smith
1 K.....Akers
1 DST.......Miami (Buffalo)

I would like a rating of my RB's along with my whole team if there are any peeps out there that have solid advice......yes, I know I may have to trade for another WR...Watcha think???

I'll give you a 8.5 out of 10, only because as of today, you don't have a 2nd RB who is unquestionably that team's only RB option.

There aren't going to be many 14 owner teams with RBs better than yours. I firmly believe Benson, Bush, and Anderson will lead their teams in FFL points this year. It's just a question of getting more playing time than Jones, McAllister, and J. Smith, respectively.

You already know your need area, you should trade an emerging RB for WR help. Also, there are probably TEs on the waiver wire who are better options than LJ Smith. Overall, looks pretty good.

I've never actually played in a keepers league and I don't know what kind of players there are after everyone holds their top players. But I think you can do a little better than that. Holding C. Benson is pointless, might as well kept J. Galloway.
QB: D. Brees and D. Carr
For a keepers league, Brees is a good QB. D. Carr isn't.
QB grade: B-
RB: L. Johnson and R. Bush(C. Benson, F. Gore, M. Anderson, and M. Bell)
Your starters are good for a keepers league, and so are your backups!
RB grade: A
WR: J. Galloway and D. Branch(Wilford and Clayton)
Galloway and Branch are good starting WRs for a keepers league. Backups are OK. Might wanna trade Benson for a D. Stallworth or something like that.
WR grade: B+
TE: L. Smith
Without TO, Mcnabb is going to throw to everybody, Smith, Brown, Avant, Westbrook...everybody! Not the best, but he's pretty good for a 14 team keepers league.
TE grade: B+
K: D. Akers
He's good when he's healthy, but when he's not, u need a backup! Try picking up J. Reed, Steelers K. He's a good backup K.
K grade: B-
DEF: Miami and Buffalo
Good defenses! Nice job on that!
DEF grade: A
Overall grade: B- or C+
Not good enough to be a B, not bad enough to be a C, so 50/50 between B- and C+. Keepers league are hard to improve in via waiver wire, so try to make some trades. You'll be fine, maybe not the champ of the league, but certainly top 6 in your league! Good luck!

Reggie Bush >> B+ >> I think Reggie will surprise a lot of people this year, he'll get you a lot of rushing yards (as evident in his pre-season games) and will tear up the NFC South.

Larry Johnson >> A+ >> Second best RB last year, no need to explain.

Cedric Benson >> F >> He'd be lucky to get north of 300 yards rushing this entire season. Especially with Thomas Jones on the team.

Frank Gore >> C- >> He'll grab some decent yards this year, considering the NFC West I'd predict 650+ yards and a handful of TDs. There are better RBs out there.

Mike Anderson >> B+ >> Toss up between him and Bush, I think they'll both have pretty good years, but I'd take a gamble with Bush over Anderson.

Mike Bell >> C- >> I have a gut feeling that Denver won't rely on their running game too much this year except to relieve pressure on Plummer so he can plug away at the passing game. Don't expect too much out of this guy.

If you can keep 2: I'd keep Johnson and Bush.

If you can keep 3: Johnson, Bush, and Anderson.

I think Cedrick Benson is due for a big year. He has always been a winner. Last year was the worst year he ever had in football that i've ever seen and i've been watching him since high school. I think injuries hampered him quite a bit. The system he plays in is perfect for him to be a really big star in the NFL. Reggie bush has shown that his exceptional speed is going to be a big factor to contend with, for defenses. Although I don't see him starting right away he will find the endzone quite a bit. It's going to be hard for you to not start either one of these two. LJ is a good solid back but I would look for more value from him as trade bait he is perfect for you to get that #1 receiver from a team without a premier RB. The other 3 backs on your team are adequate enough to fill in just as well as LJ. during bye weeks. You'll have some tough decisions early on in the year but the picture will get clearer as the year goes on. You have a good solid team, I would personally want to get stronger at wideout. Your QB's are solid and possibly could get better if the Texans can keep D.Carr off his butt. I have the luxury of having Brees as my backup on my team. I look for him to have a great year, he, in my opinion is very underrated. For now I am going with Culpepper as my starter, I believe has alot to prove. Good luck with your season.

if all of your RBs start then youll be fine with RBs... however bush wont get a ton of touches becausde hes a rookie and because of duece... LJ is solid no doubt... benson is the starter now but thomas jones is a very good RB and may steal the job. gore is a sophmore who barely playerd last year so hes quuestionable. anderson isnt starting and wont be because the broncos currently are starting mike bell, even though by the end of the season tatum bell will be (idk which bell your referring to but you dont want to gte involved with the sitaution in denver so try to trade bell and anderson for a solid WR)

I'd keep a hold of Gore and Benson. Anderson and Bell you don't need. Trade for WR.
