Am I the only person who is strongly aroused by the sight of boys in baggy khaki cargo shorts, faded tight or baggy jeans, sports apparel like nylon/windpants, or Ambercrombie (type) clothing?

I don't know about the whole Ambercrombie thing going on, but yeah I like guys in baggy clothes, but not too much aroused. But no, you are not weird, alot of girls like that.

If you're gay, it sounds normal to me. Each person is an individual and has different preferences. The whole cargo pants hanging over the butt evolved from prison culture and was a sign to other male prisoners of availability. Are you worried that you should be attracted to men in spandex? I am sure you are not alone.

I'm pretty sure you're not the only person in the world. But you might have a psychological problem if you are male. You might want to seek counseling. If you are female then join the club of other women out there that feel the same.
