Netscape in its current version is just an outdated Mozilla Firefox with added bloat. Stay away from it.
Other than that, why don't you try the browsers out yourself? They're all freely available for download. Personally I prefer Mozilla Firefox, although Internet Explorer 7 is not far behind... in fact it is faster than Firefox on a lot of pages. Opera? I truly dislike its user interface. Even after skinning and tweaking it it just doesn't feel right to me. Nevertheless, ymmv.

I don't know about best, but I like Mozilla Firefox the best. I've used Opera, Internet Explorer and Netscape, but find Firefox to be easy to use and I love the tabs.

I am a firm believer of "decide for yourself." I have used Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Firefox and Opera. All are excellent web browsers. Here are some articles which review these web browsers.

Firefox for all its extensions
The latest version of Avant is a good alternative to IE. Loads all the toolbars - no problems so far.supports Evernote, Clipmarks ,Onfolio ,Windows Live toolbar. Deepnet Explorer is worth a look too

Microsoft IE and Netscape stink. Mozilla Firefox is nice, but you can have problems playing things like videos, online games, or sound files and it can distort pages. I use Firefox and have IE as a backup to watch videos, etc.

Firefox...simple, safe, fast, good! Netscape is also nice (in fact Firefox was made with the source code of Netscape Communicator 4.0) but not as simple, safe, fast, good as Firefox is. Stay away from IE it's not, and I repeat it's NOT simple, safe, fast, good!
