I do it all the time and my mother complains about the moral implications and the mess which is created. I love it.

Monkeys fighting turkeys does not sound quite fair to the turkey, but monkeys riding turkeys as if riding a horse sounds like fun for the whole family. Thank you for inspiring the great mental picture.

I think if the monkeys had some sort of weapon or were out numbering the turkeys there might be some moral implication. But a straight up battle between a monkey and a turkey or if the monkey had a knife and the turkey maybe had some blades strapped to its feet, would be fine.

I think it may be morally correct under the right circumstances.

Were the turkeys very naughty and threatening the existence of the monkeys?
Were the monkeys simply retaliating?

I suppose making (forcing) monkeys to fight could be deemed as morally incorrect if they didn't want to.

Anyway, as long as your conscience is clear and you're loving it, you have my blessing.

So let me get this straight, you promotes fights between "Turkeys" and "Monkeys"? Your having moral issues with your mother? It sounds to me as if your not cutting mom in the action, I would suggest making it more $$ her while to massage her moral dilemma, hire domestic help with the mess.

According to the Chinese zodiac I'm a monkey and my 12 year old daughter is a rooster. We're arguing all the time.
Morally, your mother is right, I shouldn't let her get away with it since the monkey is definitely way superior to the rooster.
;-D

First, I think you're full of it. But, no: It's never morally correct to force two animals to fight. Lots of stories out there about turning the tables and forcing humans to fight - Star Trek, Twilight Zone, various human mythologies, frequent theme

Hmm, pitting two animals together to beat the crap out of each other, and make each other suffer excrutiating pain. Possibly beating each other to the point of death...I don't think that falls under the category of morally correct, on my opinion...
