Minotaur
In Greek mythology, the Minotaur was a creature that was part man and part bull. It dwelt in the Labyrinth, which was an elaborate maze constructed by King Minos of Crete and designed by the architect Daedalus to hold the Minotaur (located at the actual historical site of Knossos). The Minotaur was eventually killed by Theseus.

That would be the Minotaur, the product of the union of Pasiphae, Queen of Crete, wife of King Minos, and the White Bull. He was confined to a Labyrinth underneath the Palace of Crete (the Labyrinth was created by Daedalus). He was slain by Theseus when he entered the Labyrinth to save his fellow Athenians.
