Free lists of foreclosures are a waste of your time. By the time you get them, these people have already been swarmed by every bankruptcy attorney, hard money lender, and real estate agent within 100 miles. If they've told 230 people "no" in the past week, what do *you* have that's going to make them listen to you on attempt #231?
Working the foreclosure market takes spending some money, and having a considerable amount of cash you are prepared to risk losing. If you don't have these, you are not going to succeed.
You might try working with someone who buys the lists because they do this all the time. But you still need the cash. If anyone could work the market, risk free, there would be no money in it.

Go to www.reozone.com they show all the states you just click on the one you want to look at then choose the county. Some of the listings are old as I checked on one that was sold weeks ago. Good luck!
