If your married, or dating i guess some people look at it that way. But i give my dad foot rubs every chance i get, he never asks me, but i usually will be sitting on the couch, watching tv and then he'll come home from work, so i move to the edge of the couch and he lays down, then he puts his feet on my lap...he does't ask or tell me to, but i just give him a well deserved foot massage. So in that case, i don't find it romantic. When i am giving him his foot massage, he will sometimes put his foot in my face, and i smell it, without him knowing! I LOVE FEET,so rubbing and smelling his stinky,sweaty feet, is like an honor.

I'm a massage therapist, so I don't think I do it for "romance" but my bf gets foot massage about 3 times a week.

Oh my gosh, yes. My husband gave the BEST foot massages. He did my feet every single day. I really really miss that.

if you are with your partner yes. Any touching can be romantic and theraputic. I rub my husband's feet atleast once a week and he is very greatful. It is a showing of love to do something for someone else.
