Yes, Hollywood has it fair share of sleaze...just like the people in three-piece suits who run corporate america on the premise they do good(for the short-term greedy major stock-holders who have NO vision beyond the next fiscal quarter).

Putting a IRS bill in a Oscars goodie bar is about as LOW as you get, just like Senator Frist who wanted to lower the minimum wage for service workers who get tipped, such as waiter's, etc.

I think we NEED another TAX-BREAK for corporate America, so we can continue to make the poor and middle-class pick up the slack...

DON'T sent a IRS bill to corporate america, just keep sending them OUR $$$$$$....

Well, if someone handed you a bag with $27,000 in it don't you think you'd be expected to pay taxes on it? It's the gift tax fellow drone...the gift tax. Hollywood stars should have been paying it all along.

staggering attempt. Bush does not assign authorities contracts. There are committees that do this, and the committees are chosen via, or made out of people in congress. You do do not forget that contracts are presented to the bottom bidder. With that being the case, why couldn't an American agency provide a aggressive bid.

Give me a break. If the average person has to pay taxes on the "gifts" won on game shows and on the lottery and all those things, why shouldn't stars pay taxes on their goodie bags????
