First where did August 22nd come from?

Second, all Jesus gave us was various signs that the birth pangs were starting. No one has ever given an exact date. (okay, some people did in the past, and they have all been wrong.) And while it is true there are more (statistically) of all the stuff that Jesus talked about (earthquakes, wars, etc.). Jesus also said that not even He knew (while He was on the earth), but only the Father knew when everything would take place.

So, I would live every day like it is your last day, that way you will always be prepared. Let's face it, your world will end one of two ways: you die, or Jesus comes back. Either way, same end result.

The main message is this: IT IS NOT FEAR! So take a serious look at your life, and you could be doing better, including your relationship with Jesus. That is what I would be concerned about.
