that's Bob DYLAN, and it's a great song. if you haven't heard Jimi Hendrix's version from the Monterey Pop Festival, check it out... it's AMAZING!

When asking about a rock legend, please spell the name right....it's Dylan...not Dillan. But it is a good song.
