My answer is and has been, something bad happening to my children. I just don't think I could handle that.

I have plenty of fears. One of my greatest fears is not serving God's will in the future, and as a result of that God punishing me for that. Another fear is of animals. I fear dogs especially, I'm okay with cats though. I fear that my OCD could bother me in the future regardless of where I am, and that can be dangerous.

You mean other than something happening to my kids or loved ones?

Not accomplishing goals or dreams, captivity, having to listen to rap music for 24 hours straight, running out of Diet Mountain Dew, Dream Theater breaking up, global freezing... I know you asked for the biggest but I couldn't choose.

My biggest fear, I believe, is that I will lose my home to a fire, but I'm not obsessed with the thought, thank God!

Two of them.

1.) Fear of being afraid of something. Haven't been down that road yet. Snakes-no, big hairy unshorn guys-hell, I'm one of 'em, trees falling on me-woodn't be an option.

2.) Getting nuked after finally making Level 7.

Not actually dying, but dying and not having anyone realize I'm dead for a week or two. Since for the time being I live alone with my dogs I worry that if I were to die the dogs would starve to death before someone came to see why I wasn't at Mass or answering the phone.

Fire. I'm a complete nut about it. It's ridiculous. I can barely light the candles on my kids' cakes.

Funny story for you: We went to an evening service at our parish and were each supposed to light a candle on the way out. I was trying to "help" my son light his but kept panicking and finally blew out a bunch of other people's candles around us. It was so embarrassing!
