Seriously, it sounds cheap, but look at Martha Stewert's collection at K-Mart. I did my daughters rooms for a very reasonable price. I waited until stuff went on sale (this is a good time of year because college kids are going back and all those things are on sale) Then after I established their main bedding I gradually bought them decorative pillows at places like TJ Maxx and Marshall's.
I am from Michigan so I assume you have those places...I know you have TJ Maxx, which is another great place to get bedding and we all know it is good pricing there.

at jc pennys they sell a collection of seventeen bed sheets and other stuff like that. There is actually a 10$ off coupon in the seventeen magazine with christina aguilara on the cover. They are really cheap and cute! Hope i helped.

I use to live in Chicago and I would say go to Walmart or Target. Target has so much stuff that I like.

target is definitely the place to go. it has really cute styles for everyone and it is like half the price of some other places. go to target!

you can find them almost any where my friend even found 1 @ the grocery store( it was super cute,and only $10 W@W)
