I think you can find a perfect partner and a soul mate, but it doesn't necessarily have to be the same person. In fact, my soul mate is my best friend. As men are from Mars & women are from Venus, it makes more sense that your soul mate would be the same gender as you - and would therefore understand you so much better.

Not as a rule matey chops........ If your talking about a marriage type partner I Have moments of hope or think at times it may be possible, but i doubt muchly.

I am a Christian so whom ever i'm with if i am to be with anyone WILL be a Christian in all the ways the Bible teaches. My Priority is to be Christian not to be married. God/The Holy Spirit is your only true soul mate who cares for your and my soul.

No, because a lot of people can work really well with other people. And I think it's funny when some people think they find their soul mate and then 5 years later they've got another "soul mate."

Two different people there I think ...

Firstly I dont think there is such a person as the Perfect Partner,
I beleive we have to work at relationships and compromise to
reach an equitable balance in things.

Secondly is that yes I believe in soul mates but for me they are a reflection of an aspect of self, in a way a mirror, we see in them another part of our own personality, for a man the feminine side of his nature ( Anima ) and vice-a-versa hence we become very close with minimum effort and can be very intimate without fear, because in a way we are taliking to ourselves, for more on this I add a link below, well worth a look at if your interested in this type of thing ...

It depends on your definition of perfection. I don't believe you'll ever find a partner with whom you'll never have conflict, but my idea of the perfect partner or soul mate is one with whom you're both able to reach your full potential in all aspects of life.

I don't believe in soul mates. I believe that people have a large range of people they could maintain a relationship with... and some with different levels of possible compatibility. I believe that people who are in long lasting and happy relationships did not find their sould mate. They found one of the many choices available and that choice worked well.

yeah i believe in finding a soul mate, ive been with my boyfriend nearly a year and i believe that hes my soul mate, and the perfect partner, hes romantic, makes me feel special and more importantly we love each other and worship the ground we both walk on, keep believing honey!

yes.. but i think that everyone has more then one soul mate or perfect partner... i think that no matter how perfect it is or if they are your sould mate, every relationship is going to take work... i believe that we can love more then one person in our lifetime and have many opportunities to fall in love with a soul mate

There is something to be learned from each other in any relationship.

Everyone enters our life for a reason. Learn the lesson.
Some stay for a season. Then, through no one's fault they move on when the lesson has been left.
Some stay for a lifetime. This is when we learn and grow together with another.

It is the identifying of these relationships as being in which catagory that makes life interesting and peaceful. Don't try to keep someone with you and always be willing to relinquish your hold on anyone.
