I'm sure that either the Yankees or the Mets will make it to the world series, so there is a good chance that part of the World Series will be played in New York.

The World Series will be played in two cities: the city with the American League champion and the city with the National League champion. It was played in New York when the New York Yankees won the American League Championship and the New York Mets won the National League Championship. It is still too early to tell for this year; anything can happen in these last few weeks. Plus I don't want to jinx my team!!!

It all depends,on whether the Mets and/or the Yankees make their way into the World Series or not.
I personally say yes,because I feel the Mets are the team that is going to win it all this year. I hope I am wrong though.

Well, there might be a 25% chance that may happen, if both the Mets & Yankees make the playoffs...but I would say the odds are pretty good that one of the two teams may make the Series.

If it's played in New York at all it will be Shea stadium, but the Mets are not good enough to beat any of the top AL teams
