I don't know about "top drawer". We've proven that we can take over and rule well, but there are many animals on this planet that could still teach us alot about teamwork and grace. We keep making more of us because we live in a world full of fear and loneliness. Others do it for what they believe is love. If we really loved our children we'd stop making so damn many of them because we've proven as a world society that we don't yet know how to get along, clean up after ourselves, treat each other with respect, and on and on. I do love people, don't get me wrong, we can be miraculously beautiful at times, but there are way to many of us.

Who says we are top drawers?We are the only species on the planet who tortures each other,steals for fun not survival,kill those who don't believe the way we do.I would say,if aliens came to the planet and tried to talk to us,we would shoot first,does that make us top drawer?Only christians believe we are the best thing in the universe.

we reproduce as we do because we are mammels as defined.
we are not that much different than the beasts except we make a big deal about sexuality. Love is the major difference between the beasts and us. Then again we don't know if other species
don't love the one there with.

It beats the alternatives such as splitting in half or a bee coming along and picking up the males pollen and depositing it on a female.
The current approach has a lot going for it. Its normal, healthy behavior and lots of fun.

oh but we breath , drink , eat and die like other animals ! only our actions can be said to be refined. that is if we wanted it that way. being on the top drawer do we s**t different?
may be when we start cloning , you might feel a bit comfortable, eh?? LOL

Remeber, creation wasn't the same before sin came. Perhaps if Adam and Eve didn't sin, repoduction may have been very boring yet still sacred.

I don't see any problem with the way we reproduce, and anyway its a good opportunity to be really close with the opposite sex, naked and having a good time so wazzup with you anyway?

You mean through sex? Most creatures reproduce through sex. It's just that we take pleasure in sex.
