take a little Vaseline and put it on the Polish then take your nail and pick it off

Cotton ball with acetone stuck in a glass. Place it on top and let sit over night.
Next day you should be able to dab the nail-polish up from the marble.

light a candle and drip the hot wax onto it for several seconds and then remove with a wet cloth (hot) it will come off but sometimes it needs two attempts to clear the stain altogether
no damage to the marble

i used finger nail polish remover and a qtip didnt hurt the marble looks good as new
