Is MIMI 's character leaving the show? or just the actress who plays her? does anyone know?

Farah Fath has said she is leaving in February, but she didn't say what they were going to do with her character. She asked to be let out of her contract, but she could go earlier or stay a little longer.

I think that they can't really redeem Mimi on the show so I think it's only a matter of time before they either kill off her character ,or she finally gets caught for her web of deceit and Shaun ends up with Belle.

I dont know. I quit watching it when the stupid storyline about the mixed up embryos so that Belle is carrying Shawns child.Why dont they just go ahead and tell Shawn that Belle and Phillips baby is really his. I really liked Mimi and wish they had given her a better storyline.
