BABE RUTH, cig lighter?????????????

I have had this cigrette lighter for over 40 years, inscribed on the front of it, "BABE RUTH - MANAGER MILLS" any help out there, or can anybody send me to someone who might know about stuff like this, found it in upstate NY, not from from Cooperstown.

well one possibility is you could call the antieqes road show or take it to an antieqe dealer and try to find a close value
