Shoppers' Hotline?

Has anyone joined Shoppers' Hotline? I have, received my scanner but now can't seem to connect with them to transmit the data to them. Any ideas?

I used to belong...if the scanner isn;t working, call them and let them know...they may be able to tell you if it's possibly been hooked up wrong or if they need to send you a new one. Good Luck!
