Ficam W-wettable powder. Be careful-there are poisonous ones in AZ. I have been fighting a battle with them where I live and you have to cover your drains and any openings in the floor for heat or AC with fine screen, search the boogers out at night with a black light, etc etc.

Hire a professional exterminator. We lived in Phoenix for 10 years and had that problem. Doing it yourself is not worth the risk of getting stung....they are poisonous.
