recieved a letter from unknown person stating it was from landlord but when asked he didnt do it, but it stated we had 30 to evacuate said premis. of my address in ill

sounds like a bogus letter sent by an uneducated person who actually meant "eviction" but had only heard the word thrown around (because they don't read) and so spelled it like it sounds

If your landlord owns the property you live in, and he said he didn't send it, then you don't have anything to worry about.

If he is just the manager of the property, and someone else owns it, then you'll have to get that information from your landlord, or have him talk to the owner on your behalf.

And if it REALLY said "adviction" - pitch it.
