I have all the papers filed except for 1 financial affidavit that he needs to fill out. He has promised for 3 weeks to do it. He feels it's not anyone's business how much he make (which is not much trust me) why are men such assholes. Divorce me. I want to remarry

He has no idea I am with my bf because they used to be friends and I don't want him to know until the divorce is final. He has NO $$$ for me ever to take from him. That 's why he has mommy at 38 to borrow from. Big reason for divorce. LAZY

I just found out that my mom called him at work and told him to stop making me suffer and sign it already. He told her he was on the way to the courthouse and changed his mind and went to work. She also told him she will send him a notary if it is not done by Monday. I did not ask my mom to fight my battle but she understands I am in love with my bf and we want to marry and she wants me to be happy.

Maybe he still loves you. Or he's just lazy and careless. He could also be jealous that you've momved on and he's going to make the process go as slow as possible. Be patient most men are like this and if he eventually doesn't there must be some sort of legal action you can take to ge the papers filled out.

I would see if you could file a contempt of court on him for not filing the required paperwork - the other thing to do is just ask for a default based upon him not completing the required information. The biggest thing to remember is that one party can get a divorce you do not need anything from the other party. He is using the same tatic most people do - he is still trying to hurt and control you.

He probably really doesn't want the divorce because he still cares about you. This is his final way of getting to be around you if just for a moment. Excuses to extend the time with you are all he has. Good luck.

Men are MEN! That's why they are assholes!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!! Your lawyer can have his finacial records taken from his employer and THEN the truth will be out on to how much he makes..Maybe he does't want to make this simple for you...I know my ex did the same thing to me...He was making ALOT more than he let on...and he lied to get away with paying me not a hell of alot! BE HAPPY WHEN YOU REMARRY!!! I KNOW I DID!!!

Why do you want this divorce? Didn't your wedding vows include "UNTIL DEATH do us part"? And how about "forsaking all others"?
Maybe your husband still loves you. If he does, stay with him.
I don't think it's a control issue on his part. If he hasn't hit you or abused you or anything like that, then I'd say it's pure selfishness on YOUR part!
And if I were your boyfriend, I'd RUN. Who's to say you won't pull the same crap with him down the road?

all you have to do is file the court will make him fill it out you get his taxs and you will have what you need when you go to court this what he make also you stated( which is not much trust me ) hell youre marry and youre cheat on your husband youre file for a divorce so you can remarry mr asshole and you call us man a asshold thx please stay out of bar i dont want to run in to you

It just might be his final way to stick it to you if he can. Perhaps he knows something you don't.Like he is going to inherit money down the road soon and does not want you to get some of it.Or he has financial intrests that the government does not know about.And he hasn't figured out yet how to not disclose them to you and your lawyers.

usually they use the financial affidavits for deciding how much child support the man has to pay.
he might not want to have to pay child support and thats how he thinks that he might get out of it.
you can use your tax returns if he wont go ahead and get the papers to a lawyer.
he might not want you to remarry, so thats what he can do to stop it.

Sounds like he is a control freak. He probably doesn't want a divorce so he is stalling and he knows that you want to get remarried. He is probably angry and bitter.
