You should probably figure out what they are first. Maybe look at some pictures on the net.

I would scrub everything clean in the kitchen top to bottom and under the stove and frige too. Go through the cabinets and storage places and be sure nothing old has rotted that might be drawing bugs. Sometimes things get pushed back and we forget about them and this kind of thing happens.

After you figure out what they are and have cleaned then you will know what to use to kill any remaining and prevent it from happening again.

There are lots of non toxic pest products. One good all-natural product is Diatomaceous Earth. It's a white powder that kills only bugs, and its safe for people and pets. They even make toothpaste out of it!

The trouble with these treatments, though, is that they only kill the bugs that come into contact with it. It sounds like you may have a more serious problem. Those wormy things are breeding somewhere. And it could be a sign of water damage in the walls. I strongly suggest you call a professional exterminator to take care of your problem.

try NO BUG shelf paper in your cabinets and drawers. you can put boric acid under the paper if you still have problems. also, make sure you clean up all the crumbs and oil splatters. remember, a cockroach can live 4 a year on 1 drop of oil, so make sure you aren't feeding them!
