My husband is a paint contractor. He accidently discovered this years ago. Use Easy Off brand oven cleaner! Give it a shot, it can't hurt. Good Luck! Lauren
p.s. It HAS to be the Easy Off brand, nothing else will work.

A pressure washer works very well. You don't need chemicals and they are cheap to rent (or borrow from your neighbor that has tons of power tools).
We did have a painted garage floor where a pressure washer wasn't a good idea.....it would have destroyed the drywall.....so we bought a concrete 'etching' liquid. Highly toxic stuff, so be careful. I swear every cat in the neighborhood had to come see what was going on.

Acid may be the only answer, but it must be used with great caution or concrete will be pitted, permanently.
