How do i get birro the keypad to my mums cell phone(moblie)??

my 2 yr old niece drew on the keypads with a birro.They are rubber keypads.How do i get it off.My mum is freaking.I tried cif/jif.Please help!

Try hairspray. The old style. There is something in it which melts ink. Now this may or may not work. What I'd also suggest is contacting the company where you got it to ask about a replacement keypad. The keypad is a single piece of rubber which fits in place and can be easily replaced by most techs. Ask....
