You will have to expand on your question which, in its present state, makes no sense.
However, if your e-mails are blocked by Norton, maybe you should thank God. The last time I was unable to open a file, Norton (which scans attachments before you open them in Yahoo mail) would not allow me to open it because it contained a worm.

Go to the security aspects of your machine and lower the security acceptance. It sounds (I am almost sure) that the security is set too high.. set it to about medium

try uninstalling the antivirus software and then re-installing it ..only this time make sure that u deselect the e-mail filter software.
it might work.
