Either, the person is with another person as a couple. They kiss at six and then have a fight about something. And that is when you cry at nine because you feel overwhelmed about the fight. Now, it is almost eleven and that is when things start to cool down. Another thing that it could mean is a one night stand attempt but things did not go as planned. So you are crying because you wanted to get laid but the other person did not want that!
