clean your print head many times and align it and if it didn't work out it means one of the cartridges is drewed , i guess its the red one because your printing turning to green means theres no combination with the red ( magenta ).

you havent been printing with all that much yellow and blue, meaning that your red may be out. it may also be that you havent used your printer in a while, so try going into options when you try to print a page and go to cleaning options where you can allign your printer and clean the heads. you could just get new cartridges, cause thats easier and theyre always clean.

The lines showing across means the print head is clogged or dirty, also check and make sure you put the right ink in the right place, clean your print head and make sure ink cartridges are on the right place, good luck!
