My friend says that when Stewie asks brian to shave his coin purse he is talking about his asshole, but i can't see any reason or explanation to how that relates to an asshole i figured it was a nutsack right when i saw it so i need to prove him wrong....

It definitely refers to his ball sack. Brown-eye, balloon knot, and wrinkled star are good references to the bunghole, but coin purse, yam bag, etc. refer to the nut sack.
