Broncos looking to deal Lelie
According to ESPN.com's John Clayton, the asking price for Lelie is a third-round pick and there are teams willing to give up a fourth-rounder. The situation is stalemated at the moment, but a receiver injury could speed up the process. It's not going to be a matter of if Lelie is traded. It's a matter of when Lelie is traded.

I would expect that a contending team might make a late pitch for Lelie. I don't think it will be anyone like Green Bay, since they apparently turned down having Lelie in their trade for Javon Walker in April and instead took the draft pick.

He is still with the Broncos, but I don't see him playing for them this year. So far it doesn't seem like too many teams are that interested yet. Denver will have to trade him and soon. He is just a distraction at this point. I can see Lelie playing in Philly this year or maybe Chicago.

you're able to ask your self this. Which team ended up with a particular franchise QB? The Bears did. They gave up 2 first round draft possibilities, yet they have a franchise QB. The Broncos do no longer. Franchise QBs do no longer come alongside on a customary foundation, and drafting the right QB is hard sufficient. for each Peyton Manning or Ben Roethlisberger, there is about 10 busts. Cutler isn't a bust. he's the actual deal, and a QB as youthful and as gifted as him occurring the open marketplace less than no circumstances takes position. truly once you've the aggregate of a knucklehead agent brainwashing his shopper (Jay Cutler) and an orginanization of idiots like the Broncos decrease than new administration does a once in a technologies sweepstakes for a youthful franchise QB of Cutler's remarkable open up on the marketplace. The Bears executed the probabilities, in step with previous mess united statesat QB and present day odds of touchdown a QB of Cutler's remarkable, and they gained. good for them. i might want to don't have any project making that deal if i replaced into Jerry Angelo both. Who were they kidding in the adventure that they theory they could ever get decrease back to the great Bowl with Kyle Orton?

Denver has talked with several teams but no takers yet. I think Denver is better off with Lelie gone at this point and I think something will happen before the regular season kicks off. I read rumors that a trade with Tenn for RB Chris Brown might be in the works. We'll see.

Another overpaid punk who thinks he's better than he actually is. He will have a lot to think about being at best the #3 WR for the Broncos this season or being sent somewhere else.

What's the deal? I'll tell you. Another spoiled brat who was recruited and pampered ever since high school. NFL teams need to make a stand and not trade or sign these headaches!

Let them go to canada and blow out a knee or something.
