Yes. Italy is one of the countries whose citizens are not required to obtain visa to visit Canada. You must, however, have your travel document to U.S. properly endorsed so you could return to U.S. without a glitch.

Yes, but easy access between USA and Canada will change by 2007. You should go sooner than later. You can see the falls from New York side since it lies between USA and Canada.

Niagara Falls boarders upstate New York as well as Canada, so you can conceivably go see it without leaving the states
