My boyfriend penis with few sperm touched my vagina. it was on the last day of my mens.

Is there a risk of being pregnant

unlikely my friend but not impossible,it has happened in the past and the boffins use several suggestions to try and explain why it can and does happen
they think that the sperm which is a living product has inbuilt censors to fight there way into the lining of your womb, if the sperm from your boyfriend was present and you went for a pee it is possible that when wipping your self down, you have actually pushed the sperm further into the vagina and the rest would be history, on the plus side for you having your last day of the period would normally be a indication that at that time you would be at your most un-fertile and unlikely to fall pregnant,,

Absolutely no chance you can be pregnant for the following reasons:
1. You have to ovulate before you can be pregnant and that usually happens 14 days after the start of your period (if you're still bleeding you haven't ovulated).

2. The sperm has to enter your uterus at the same time as an egg has been released from your ovaries. If the sperm was only on the outside, it could not have fertilized an egg.

What do you mean on the last day of your "mens" - were you menstruating or on the last day of your cycle right before you start menstruating again? If it was on the last day that you were bleeding, you have a chance of being pregnant, because everyone's ovulation timing is different. If you were about to have your period again, then you are not pregnant.

Sperm can swim far! Use protection and avoid anything that resembles sex if you don't want to get pregnant.

if any objects that touched sperm then touched you vagina,,, you could be pregnant. of course those chances are minimal, but they are still real as it gets.

For further information, sperm can live on the outside for about 40 minutes. So I don't know if that helps you in any way.
