I got a ticket for my modified exhaust, but it is the exhaust that was installed at the dealership! My car is only a month old! Can I fight this ticket, or have the dealership make my car legal? I dont want to pay all of the money to get quieter modified exhaust!

The dealership can sell only cars that are street legal, unless you signed a waiver saying that you would drive your car only off-road and on racetracks. If you signed no such waiver, the dealership/manufacturer is required to make sure your car is street legal, including the muffler.
