I have the problem of forgetting my name so please help me.

Repeat your name over and over again until it's ingrained in your memory.
Associate your name with something that you like and try to remember it that way. For instance your name = big smile, red flowers or sail boat or something like that. Then repeat that association over and over again until you have it in memory.'
